Patient Information

Our patient’s safety is our number one priority. We are commited to maintaining a culture of safety and comfort through regular continuing education; we emphasize patient safety through the development and frequent reevaluation of policies and procedures that promote a culture of safety including regular team meetings, cross-training and collaboration between all team members.  Each team member plays a role in patient safety from the surgeon and the anesthesia assistant, to the office receptionist.  Our sedated patients are monitored continuously by trained staff until they are dismissed from our office.

Patients and their parents or caregivers also play a role in patient safety; an accurate and complete medical history from each patient is vital to safety and proper treatment planning.  We ask our patients to read and follow preoperative and postoperative instructions carefully as they play a vital role in having a safe procedure and recovery.
